They stated the '$90 credit per person' is in fact not a credit and it is charged to your room. Turning stone ended up charging $700 for a room and spa package with no credit what so ever. We then had received a massage package at the Ashi spa with our room, a $90 credit per person, in which they did not cater too. Our waitress acted annoyed from the get-go. Our buss boy was incredible, he was caring, and prompt with our requests. This was my worst visit ever to Turning Stone, first it started with dinner at Pino Bianco, where we had absolutely horrible service, the food was incredible, the service was awful after not ordering drinks, eye rolling, slamming things on the table, not visiting our table to check on anything.
